Cookies
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of information that is sent to your browser -- along with a Web page -- when you access a Web site. There are two types of cookies. A session cookie is a line of text that is stored temporarily in your computer's memory. Because a session cookie is never saved, it is destroyed as soon as you close your browser. A persistent cookie is a more permanent line of text that gets saved by your browser to a file on your hard drive. Some ABSOLUTE ZERO applications also use session variables, which are similar to session cookies and are not saved after you close your browser.

ABSOLUTE ZERO uses session cookies only. We do not use any persistent cookies.

ABSOLUTE ZERO's Use of Cookies
Certain applications on www.absolutezerocampaign.org require session cookies to function correctly. If you have session cookies disabled, you may not be able to use these applications or features of our site.

Where they are used, ABSOLUTE ZERO's session cookies and/or session variables remember your selection criteria.

You do not need to have session cookies enabled to view static web content on www.absolutezerocampaign.org.  We have set our software so that your browser will only return cookie information to the domain where the cookie originated (in this case, www.absolutezerocampaign.org).  No other site can request it.

Note: Regardless of the particular uses for cookies on the ABSOLUTE ZERO web site, we will not share any cookie information with any third parties.
